Lash extensions are only as good as the isolation. One extension goes onto one natural lash, never bridging two, because extensions glued across several lashes stop the natural shedding cycle and that is what causes the damage people blame on extensions generally.
Volume sets use handmade fans of three to eight ultra-fine extensions per natural lash, for dramatically more density while weighing less than a single classic extension. Hybrid sets mix classic singles in with fans for texture and movement, which is the most natural-looking option and the usual starting point for a first set.
Sets need filling every two to three weeks as your natural lashes cycle out. Past four weeks there is too little left to fill and it becomes a new full set, so booking your next fill before you leave is the cheapest way to wear lashes.
