Tuition assistance, grants and workforce funding can cover part or all of the tuition for career training in Nevada, and Pretty In Ink Brow Academy is an approved training provider recognized by the State of Nevada for eligible workforce funding programs.
What Career Training Funding Can Cover
Qualifying students may be eligible for tuition assistance, grants, or career training funding to cover part, or even all, of the $5,500 tuition for our 5-Day Hands-On Permanent Makeup Training Course in Reno, Nevada. Qualifying students may begin their professional training with little to no cost out of pocket.
As a state-licensed Nevada permanent makeup training academy, Pretty In Ink Brow Academy offers qualifying students access to funding opportunities not available through every permanent makeup class or workshop. If tuition has been the only thing standing between you and a new career, it may be within reach more than you expect. Eligibility is determined entirely by EmployNV, not by the academy. We cannot approve, expedite or guarantee funding, and we would rather say that plainly than have you plan around money that has not been awarded yet.
How to apply
Four steps, in this order
- Step 1
Register with EmployNV first
Do this before you visit or call anyone. Registering with EmployNV online ahead of time is the single thing that most speeds the process up, and turning up without it usually means being sent away to do it.
- Step 2
Contact your local hub
Speak to a counsellor at the EmployNV hub nearest you about eligibility and the application process. Eligibility is decided by them, not by the academy. We are the training provider, not the funder.
- Step 3
Name Pretty In Ink as your provider
Pretty In Ink Brow Academy is an approved training provider recognized by the State of Nevada for eligible workforce funding programs. Your counsellor can look the academy up directly and confirm the program.
- Step 4
Pick your class date
Approvals take time, and seats are limited to five students per instructor on the Deluxe course. Start the funding conversation well before the date you actually want, not after, because seats go first-come and funding paperwork does not move quickly.
